Hive Swarm

One of Trevor's hives swarmed again this spring; thankfully it was noticed before it was too late!

The swarm landed on a branch several yards down wind from the hive

This time he didn't have to use the forklift :-)

The bees won't sting when they are swarming; unless you pinch one.... so some of us were able to stand close by and watch without having to suit up. :-)

It's neat to watch them up close!
